Labs and Facilities

The ISE Department offices, classrooms, and laboratories are located in Prescott Hall.

The Senior Design Lab is dedicated to team-based senior projects and in particular the capstone design project ISE 4510. The room is equipped with eight Dell Optiplex 2.60 Ghz Pentium 4 machines with flat panel monitors.

The Simulation and Modeling Lab provides a computer-based classroom and laboratory for quantitative and modeling courses. The lab also functions as an open-access lab for all IE students.

The lab is equipped with 20 Pentium 4 2.30 Ghz workstations with flat panel monitors. A laser printer is available. Multimedia equipment includes a ceiling mounted projector, mimio, and sound system.

Classrooms

Alumni and  faculty joined together in a "Classroom with Class" campaign to create a state of the art classroom in PH 208. Renovations included a new heating and cooling system, lighting, carpet, furniture, and multimedia equipment. 

PH 128, the ISE Conference Room, is a study room for students when not reserved for other uses. The room is equipped with a SmartBoard.

Student Organization Offices

The ISE Department also provides an office in PH 113 with internet access for the student chapters of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and Alpha Pi Mu.

Campus Computer Labs

There are over twenty general computer labs on campus for student use, including one in PH 204.
